Meet the Business Owner
Patrick White
As an entrepreneur who has been exposed to the wonderful world
of innovative technologies including Computing, Architectual design,
Engineering, Robotics and materials handling all having a backbone
in IT at the core. I have combined my fascination for cutting edge
ideas and 30 years of expertise to provide innovative solutions for
my clients that have advanced and improved their workplace or
simply brought sanity to a confusing world.
For the past 30 years I have owned small businesses that were
based and established on three continents starting in South Africa,
the UK and EU and finally here in the USA. At the peak of my
career my company in the UK, Aerglide had contracts worth 57
million GBP.
My achievements include

The earthquake simulator "The Bridge of Time" at The lost
City in Bophuthatswana,

A fully automated Car park in Hobbemekade, Holland,

A nuclear waste transporter system at Sellafield, UK,

A transporter design for Rolls Royce aircraft engines

Designing a specialized anti vibration pad system for the
textile industry tthat was used to isolate over 90,000 weaving
looms across Africa and Europe.
After working in the Oil industry based in the UK as the IT Services
Delivery Manager I focussed my skills on ITIL, and after achieving
Qualification I sucessfully adopted ITIL guidelines as the best
practices to use in my business offering.
ITIL, formerly an acronym for Information Technology Infrastructure
Library, is a set of practices for IT service management (ITSM) that
focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business. In its
current form (known as ITIL 2011 edition), ITIL is published as a
series of five core volumes, each of which covers a different ITSM
lifecycle stage. Although ITIL underpins ISO/IEC 20000 (previously
BS 15000), the International Service Management Standard for IT
service management, there are some differences between the ISO
20000 standard and the ITIL framework.
Combining my many years of hands on IT Support experience with
ITIL, I optimize results through technical vision, organization,
streamlining, technology innovation and collaboration. I have built
high-performing engineering solutions and innovations through
handpicked teams that have delivered technically superior product
solutions that added exceptional customer service.
